NW Modern Builds was founded by Jeff and Emily Haines with the mission of creating a thoughtful remodeling experience.  

 

Jeff's brings 12 years of experience in construction, both new construction and residential remodeling.  Emily began her career as a teacher and pivoted into real estate, obtaining her Master's in Real Estate from UW in 2020.  

 

Together they combine their skills to help clients' projects reach their fullest potential.
